From September 17 to November 1 Fondazione 2015 Roma Museo-Palazzo Cipolla presents the exhibition KOKOCINSKI. Life and Mask: from Pulcinella to Clown of the contemporary artist Alessandro Kokocinski (Porto Recanati, 1948). The exhibition offers more than 70 masterpieces realized with different techniques – paintings, sculptures, high relief sculptures, installations, drawings, videos, poems, artist books – all inspired by the methamorphosis of the “Mask” and by the circus dimension, well known to the artist. Almost 40 masterpieces shown for the first time together with other famous works which travelled all over the world (Silpakorn Arts Centre in Bangkok, Art Fair in Shanghai, MNBA – Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes in Buenos Aires, NAMOC in Beijing) and two big art installations. The exhibition, curated by Fondazione Kokocinski with Paola Goretti, is promoted by Fondazione Roma and organized by Fondazione Roma-Arte-Musei.
